Quadrox Introduces "POS Witness" - an interactive demo movie that demonstrates human observation limitations and the need to link POS data to video in retail.

Henderson, Nevada (June 11th, 2009) Quadrox® Inc, a leading provider of network video recording and management solutions, announces the release of "POS Witness", an interactive movie created to assist installers in illustrating the necessity and benefits of video surveillance and recording to their customers.

"POS Witness" is a short interactive demo movie presented in a game format. The viewer becomes a player and an eye witness to a crime. The movie shows a crime scene, which is followed by questions the viewer has to answer. Afterwards the test results are evaluated by running through the scene again and the player is confronted with what was missed during the first observation.

Using a "POS Witness", an installer can prove the limitations of live observations to a customer. At the same time it is clearly presented in the movie how POS data linked to video surveillance helps understand what is actually going on.

"POS Witness" is an effective tool to convince customers that recording and linking video to POS data is an essential part of a retail security system, which will result in extra sales for installers and increased safety for customers.
